An engaging course delivered professionally. Whilst the topic can be emotive, it was delivered at a good pace allowing people time to reflect and digest the information.

I feel a lot more people should attend this training with mental health on the rise and giving staff and public the confidence to support people who are experiencing suicidal thoughts or attempts.
