The Suicide First Aid Lite course was an invaluable experience. Both Karen Fletcher and Suzanne Holland demonstrated exceptional expertise and teaching skills. Their complementary styles enhanced the learning process, providing a comprehensive understanding of Suicide First Aid principles and practices. The course struck an excellent balance between theoretical knowledge and practical application, with engaging activities that reinforced key concepts.
