Overall enjoyed the training, was worried it might be a bit depressing, but felt ok and comfortable about the subject. That's probably sounds bad but like the training highlighted, it is a taboo subject and some people find it difficult to talk about it, myself included. I feel more confident in approaching someone that shows the signs of low mood/depression Thank you!

Good course, Online workbook not so great could do with improvement.

The reason I gave 1 star to the last 2 questions is because in my service we support customers who present with suicidal ideology and ask directly the question.

Great training delivered by Steve and Rachel, thank you for your information and i feel in a much better position to be able to deliver suicide intervention.

The hand book is really good, but the sessions and work book docs could be rearranged for better flow. it would also help to have had access to the slides earlier.

I felt a lot was packed into the session and it could probably warrant a full day's training. Ideally some of the questions that were responded to in the chat I would have found more beneficial face to face. Considering it is a sensitive topic I think it was delivered well virtually. Professional course and approachable tutors. I feel far more knowledgeable about suicide and how to help someone who might be having these thoughts.
