A difficult course and well designed and delivered.

The session today was engaging and a steady pace. There was worry there that it might be upsetting however it was great to walk away and be empowered by how to help others who may be suicidal.

I thought the course was very informative - given the sensitivity of the topic the material was light so not to trigger anyone however still direct and impactful in terms of providing our staff with new tools and techniques to best support our most endangered customers.

A very important course delivered extremely well. Would highly recommend.
