I did feel disconnected from the group at times due to not having a workbook. Perhaps attending the course with only an iPad didn’t help with the issue of only having an electrical copy of the workbook which I was unable to access and view the training session.

An enjoyable course for a delicate subject.

Overall I was happy I would have liked more training on assisting someone committing suicide but I hope never to experience that but overall I felt it was a really worth while course but it did open up a lot of memory’s for me that was difficult of people I have known to commit suicide

I have enjoyed the course and learnt a lot, as well as gaining a safety plan which I can use within my job role.

I learn to be “here and now”, calm at all times and self reflective. There is more to explore about the subject but I have the guid line now and I know the steps I need to take to help someone in crisis.
