pretty good- could spend more time on the most important things: how to recognise someone needing help and how to help them

The course was well presented, but there does not seem to be much difference between adults and CYP.

It was a useful, helpful course and a reminder to approach the subject with people in the work place or wider community.

Delivered in a experienced manner

I really liked how they got one of us to observe role play and feedback, I thought that worked well.

I liked the course structure , the presentation was informative but without an overload of information , Good pace and easy to follow
