The trainers handled what could have been a disastrous technology breakdown with aplomb, and moved the training on without giving any impression that they were rushed or even mildly concerned by it, which put the attendees immediately at ease. Well done!

I work in mental health and to be honest have dealt with alot of suicide in my work. But I did enjoy listening to other views and being reminded of the language and ‘processes’to support others
