The course is very helpful and gave me an extra insight on how to deal with customers that experience this type of circumstances.

Interesting course, a lot of useful information. Laura was a great host and made the course engaging. From a personal point of view think it would be better in person as think helps make discussions better but underhand why it's done via webex due to the different teams involved.
