I found this very useful and has helped to not be scared if I am worried about someone - to talk up and help someone. Not to be scared if they are thinking about suicide.

I really enjoyed the course, it provided me with sound knowledge surrounding suicide and makes me feel like I can help those I am close to whom I know suffer from suicidal behaviours

Well structured course with good slides and discussion balance

The course gave a clear idea on how to speak with people who may be struggling and considering suicide and thought about the reasons why people get to this point.
