A useful course, especially with the provision of the booklet and pocket guide. Hearing what external support is available was particularly helpful. I would never have considered being so direct in some of my questions, yet this is actually beneficial.

Overall I did enjoyed taking part of this course. It helped a lot with how I see, understand and will face dealing with suicide/suicidal people and customers in particular in the future.
