Excellent course, interesting material & very practical
A lot to talk about. Maybe a longer course would be good.
Best course I have attended in years. Everyone should do it
I will recommend the course to other colleagues - it is helpful on a broad level of training listening skills
Brilliant course and extra kudos to Rose who delivered an excellent course extremely professionally and sensitivity!
