Very well taught for the time blocks given. Didn’t feel rushed even with the amount of information being presented.

More of a guided discussion, which I feel is most useful. Much of the information is reiteration of previous prevention courses, but the steps and way to look at it is easier for my mind to process. More like a checklist than an ambiguous problem.
