I feel more confident in approaching the subject with someone that i fear maybe having suicidal thoughts or feelings.

audio was interrupted through most of it so hard to hear what was being said and fully get involved. The bits I did hear were good and helpful

Felt it gave me some good skills and knowledge to use if needed and was nice the group came from different companies and had variety of experience. Think as some people in the group hadn't experienced some of the topics covered, it would of more beneficial for them to know the basics before. Trainer was personable and friendly and gave good examples and ideas. She managed the group well too.

The break out room time was far to short to be effective.
