It was a great learning experience not just for suicide prevention but also about being emotionally intelligent and understanding signals in your surroundings

It was a great course and I would recommend to anyone. I think this course should be encouraged for ALL people and potentially even earlier in people’s lives. Having this education and the tools to cope with this topic is more than useful. I wish I knew this information earlier.
