Excellent - Very clear and informative course. Great delivery of interesting resources, despite the difficult topic matter.

I think for such a huge subject more time should be set aside to practice skills. I still think I would be afraid to start the conversation in case I get out of my depth. Jamie assures next this will pass after my assignment. I hope so!
