great course well managed re a difficult subject matter. I was so proud of my organisation in recognising the need to train staff and that the course was attended by a variety of people from various roles.

Better understanding of the concerns / issues regarding suicidal thoughts & how to provide timely & appropriate intervention to support vulnerable people considering ending their lives.

Very good. Unfortunately my computer crashed and I missed watching the video. This left me at a disadvantage for part of the course.

I enjoyed the course but i felt it didn't benefit me as much as i had hoped overall as these are things i am already practising and would have perhaps like more information on local services and more targeted discussions around service user groups and commonalities. Susan was excellent in her presentation but struggled with the other two presents who talked longer and quieter and felt a bit muffled at times.
