Really helpful, though I feel like i'm only just beginning in terms of my ability to provide effective suicide first aid.

Good theory but it will be challenging in practise as the support systems are not in place in Warwickshire. 7 hours looking at a screen is not good for mental health - maybe re introduce F2F
