The latter questions have not received 5 stars as I am a trained psychotherapist and counsellor with a great degree of experience in working in this field. If I had not had this experience already I have no doubt that the training would have improved my confidence and skills in that area.

Materials were limited .Would have liked more practical exercises to demonstrate understanding. However it has given me the confidence and ability to be able to identify some one having suicidal thoughts and have confidence in having this conversation

It was a great guiding course. I do feel more confident addressing or attending a person with thoughts of suicide. I'm sure and promise I'll be more alert.

It was a great workshop. I feel more educated, sensitized, equipped, and empowered to help an individual who may be thinking of taking their life.

this was the third suicide specific training and was a good refresher, i am confident in talking about suicide and whilst i may have had more intense training in the past it is always beneficial to refresh and remind. Thank you

I found the training very interesting and informative and I now feel more confident about talking to people I support about suicidal prevention. Thank you.

I loved this training. Many training events I have attended over the past 20 years have tended to further stigamtise topics such as this with a very heavy/ sombre delivery making me feel inward in my relfection, however at the end of this training I felt able to be outward with my reflection. I wish all my training was delivered like this, with this tutor, thankyou.
