I feel much better equipped to deal with a very challenging and difficult situation.

Really good information the workbook was explained and all our questions were answered.

I felt very emotional at times but felt I could take time out if needed. I felt safe in the knowledge that I could chat to the tutor privately if needed.

Very good and each time I do training I learn something new. I think its important to keep going over the knowledge

Very good course and well presented . Would have preferred it to have been face to face as struggle with zoom etc.

I enjoyed the training overall. It encouraged me to be critical and reflective. The trainer took a therapeutic approach to delivering the material which was helpful due to the heavy subject matter. It is one of the best trainings I have been on recently.

I appreciate the work books which can be used for future reference. I also wish to acknowledge Andrew's support in the background regarding communication and the sending out of material for the course to us. I might consider the C & G qualification at a later date. The course was insightful. Thank you.
