I am glad that I participated in this course. It was informative and probably one of the best delivers I have witnessed. Well done Alison, Your passion and how much you care about this subject really came across. The Belfast Metropolitan College would benefit from further deliveries on this subject especially at a time where so many people have been struggling. It would really good to improve people's skill sets so that they can make a difference in this area.

For Suicide First Aid I think this has been very useful with the brief intervention techniques. Also, it has helped me to feel more reassured and confirmed the interventions I do apply and to refresh training.
