really good training

Very good, informative course

Was a good session but I do feel that doing it online is not as good as face to face. There were so many tech issues it must have made it really challenging for some people. It would also have been good to have seen the tutor model some of the things we were talking about. Some of us felt a little lost at times when in break out rooms.

Good course that can be applied immediately

The trainer was excellent and the material was really good - I wanted to do a full day but the full day course wasn't available at the time I booked.

I went into the course expecting to come out quite traumatized. This was not the case and I am relived to say I was comfortable/ok at the end of the session.
