Really enjoyed course thanks very much.

I feel much more confident approaching a scenario like this in future.

Although a heavy topic, the trainer's delivery method was well paced, empathic and I felt my wellbeing was supported as well as my learning.

Sadly I had IT issues in getting course material and then connection difficulties in getting on which I believe are all Key related and then freezing on occasions, however this did not take away from the positive impact of the course material and how this was delivered.
