Good course that can be applied immediately

The trainer was excellent and the material was really good - I wanted to do a full day but the full day course wasn't available at the time I booked.

We feel we have gained a lot of knowledge, which will be useful in our work place and beyond. We look forward to sharing the information with our colleagues.

I went into the course expecting to come out quite traumatized. This was not the case and I am relived to say I was comfortable/ok at the end of the session.

Very good course overall, great for awareness raising.
