The course was very informative and quite interactive. The booklet is excellent and gives lots of information and sheets that can be used to support conversations.

I must admit, I do feel more confident in my approach to dealing with someone in this scenario now. If I ever find myself in a situation with someone having suicidal thoughts, I will be thankful for this training.

I really enjoyed the course, and found it extremely informative and helpful for my volunteer work. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in this area.

A very long course to be delivered electronically

Really well delivered course by Olivia, she remembered many names and used them at the beginning to help people feel settled. She handled every individual interaction well, I felt she was considerate for all participant and their well being at all times.

Good course but thought needs to be given to how handouts are presented if delivered virtually to allow participants to write better notes
