Very knowledgeable and clear in delivering key messages about suicide prevention. Created a safe and supportive space where people feel comfortable to learn and share. Engaged the group well using examples, discussions, and practical tools. Responded to questions with care and respect, showing empathy and compassion. Helped participants feel more confident and prepared to support others .

Overall I left the training with more knowledge and a new outlook on suicide and its stigmas. I feel more confident talking about suicide with others.
