Really impressed with this course.

A well delivered and interesting session facilitated by a knowledgeable and experienced practitioner.

Really helpful course to provide confidence to approach and support people experiencing suicidal thoughts or taking suicidal behaviours. I have also completed the Mental Health First Aid course and I feel the two courses would compliment each other well to help instill confidence. The SFA course really made me realise that there is not always an obvious mental health reason someone might consider suicide and that actually we are all at risk.
