Overall a good course.

A difficult subject to discuss and go deep into but it was delivered in a way that we were all able to open up and feel comfortable and confident to talk about

The course is an ok introduction if you haven't had experience of witnessing or supporting someone with suicidal behavior and thoughts.

What I enjoyed most is understanding the importance of non-judgement and acceptance when offering support to someone else. All about the plan,
