THE STATISTICS SHOWN IN THE PROGRAMME WERE QUITE OVERWHELMING BUT AT THE SAME TIME IT GAVE US HOPE OF BEING A PART OF THE CHANGE THAT COULD BE BROUGHT ABOUT.

An excellent course that increased my awareness of the signs we might see, hear from someone thinking of suicide and gave me more confidence in being able to address that in a positive supportive way for that individual
