One of the best virtual training i have done (and i have done a lot during lockdown). It held my attention throughout and i learnt a lot that i can take forward at work. The worksheets were really good and i would be able to use the skills in future. Liked the self care check in tool and life wheel. Really useful to have the resources to support my clients. Excellent training session - really enjoyed it.

My 4 stars do not reflect the trainer/training success, rather an acknowledgement that I feel that no matter the amount of training, it is in the experience, but I feel *way* more prepared and equipped thanks to this course and Alison's skillful delivery.
