Ben is a brilliant course deliverer, always feel more confident and clear around what he delivers. Any questions are answered clearly but also with lots of extra details/info but not too much to overwhelm. His approach to mental health is compassionate, non-judgemental and he is able to share in a very easy way to understand.

Very informative course and learnt lots of skills I can put onto practice and feel more confident now talking to CYP and having difficult conversations
