I think a few more examples could've been added, a bit more specific to what we in our department deal with, which are usually customers with suicidal thoughts but who are looking for a specific answer from us, related to money refunds. We usually try to address other aspects of their life and feelings but it gets very difficult, since our customer continue going back to the refund question over and over again.

Would be really helpful training if those receiving it today didn’t already work in mental health and have skills beyond those of the course.

presentation was sometimes hard to read, due to colour clash, for example the jigsaw black on blue writing was very hard to read

Interesting course - Good structure with encouragement from the tutor to get involved

Despite taboo and stigma around this subject, I really did enjoy the training and have taken alot away. I feel I will be more comfortable now speaking with something who is thinking about suicide and what to do following on from that to best support them and keep them safe.

I thought the course content and structure covered all the necessary training needed. I think a list of all the current support networks available would be helpful. Our organisation provides this but some may not.
