Although I only gave 3 stars regarding my confidence in speaking to someone who maybe experiencing suicidal thoughts, this comes form a starting base of zero, and the course material is proving to be a good reference point and check in now that I have completed the course.

Simple model and the language throughout is very easy to use as a script without feeling too much like it is something you would not naturally say.
