Given the restrictions of zoom, I thought the training was almost excellent but I think a couple more videos would have pushed it to excellent in my opinion but that's just because I find videos particularly helpful for learning along with the excellent kind of discussions we had.

Glad I did this course I was a bit apprehensive but it is a great course

An absolutely huge help to understand myself, colleagues, friends, family and others in both recognising the signs and having a better understanding of how to support

THIS SHOULD BE MANDATORY IN SCHOOLS AND COMPANIES

A differcult subject but encourage to be honest and open

This was a practical course and I feel a lot more confident about the best way to talk with someone who may be having suicidal thoughts. The videos were also extremely helpful. The tutor was very good.
