The course was led well and Becky made made everyone feel comfortable.

Really eye opening and interesting session. I feel more confident now generally dealing with suicide and in relation to a couple of friends who have expressed suicidal thoughts.

Excellent course, excellent trainer, excellent knowledge. Nice size group too. Not too big but having 11 people enabled nice conversation and engagement level that worked for me.

I found the course content extremely valuable and the way the session was delivered kept me engaged throughout. I’ve gained a greater understanding of the topic and how best to apply the tools available and skills learnt.

Thoroughly enjoyed this course as it helps to remove some of the stigma around discussing suicide.
