The course is an ok introduction if you haven't had experience of witnessing or supporting someone with suicidal behavior and thoughts.

Could be adapted to teens/children

Great course. Pleased with all of the measures put in place to keep participants safe, including after the course. I like that we we asked before the course to have somebody to talk to if needed.
