I thoroughly enjoyed the course which Bronwyn delivered. I like the use of the breakout rooms to discuss matters in a smaller group. I appreciate the work books which can be used for future reference. I also wish to acknowledge Andrew's support in the background regarding communication and the sending out of material for the course to us. I might consider the C & G qualification at a later date. Excellent trainer, very competent and knowledgeable, reassuring, validated contributions from participants. The videos were good and integrated well into the course.

Everyone was very engaged and I really enjoyed all aspects of the course and interacting with others, the tutor was really good and informative
