A very good way to put everything into practice!

It was a great course, valuable content and good delivery. Would be great for all members of the general public/ students to complete this course so that there will be a wider network of immediate informal help available to people thinking about suicide.

Enough information given without overwhelming us. I feel I have some strong resources and tools I can utilise should I need to .

Excellent course well presented and after 23 years of working within a Police environment I still learnt something new ie the Cortisol information how he brain is effected when under stress/anxiety and what can help.
