I have been on a few courses where Kate Golding has been the tutor. She is very good at explaining the course contents. A brilliant course even if it is a hard one but I now I feel I have the tools and knowledge to help.

An excellent course that offers practical skills to talk about suicide openly and make plans to help someone keep safe.
