Although its a serious topic its been nice to talk openly and gain that knowledge in a safe space. Sophia is really caring and passionate but you can tell she has a lot of knowledge behind her that gives you confidence in your trainer.
Training was excellent considering it was not face to face, in previous training sometimes it is very dull and i lose interest. But todays training was on point and kept me engaged. Thanks so much i feel i am confident enough to contact the trainer if i need further information.
Extremely thought provoking course that was presented a the correct pace. The level of material used and information given was perfect for persons in a "First time course". Lara was fully aware of the needs required by the participants and is a credit to the training team.
I really enjoyed this and definately feel more confident when talking to young people
I have found this really useful and will be able to use some of the skills immediately in my role.
