All good, the work booklet in particular appears very straightforward and easy to use and engage with.

Really great course. I feel very prepared and now confident at approaching this conversation with the young people I work with. I didn't feel confident before, and the one time I had something near this situation I felt it was messy. I feel I could handle it much better now.
