You never know enough, helpful tools

I REALLY ENJOYED THE KNOWLEDGE I WILL GO AWAY WITH.

Found it thought provoking and very informative and it helped me to understand my own reservations about my ability to help someone. The course helped me feel more confident with the tools that it provided. I also recognized that I need to use the materials to practice so that I am more prepared for a real situation that I may find myself in.
