I’m very happy about gaining this knowledge of understanding Suicide first Aid

Overall the content was brilliant, I made lots of notes and it was easy to follow. I have learned a lot and now have increased awareness. I feel strongly that the more we educate people on mental health and suicide, the more we can help change it and prevent it.
