The only problem I experienced was bad audio for the first 50 mins it was very intermittent only hearing the odd word or one or two sentences. I had to leave and re-entering the meeting a couple of times. So disappointed with missing that information. It seemed to be a problem with Bridgend and Zoom. Shian did say we can redo course if required.

Sound issues and connection issues with Zoom were probably a negative, as I had to drop out numerous times and re-join. Kindly we were offered another course option with Teams if we feel it necessary.

Very good - some useful resources and we were able to share ideas and information about local community support groups

Excellent course, prepared me well for speaking to a young adult the next morning about this very issue.

Thanks so much. I was nervous about attending this course but I was really glad that I went. It was extremely useful and very well delivered. A few days after the course, I was in a situation where I have used knowledge from the course which shows how important it is to have this training.

The course was understandably a challenging subject to discuss but I went into it feeling a lot more apprehensive and nervous than what I came out. The instructor was extremely good at talking through her own experiences and how simple a conversation that can save a life can be - making it feel less daunting and overwhelming should this occasion arise.
