Really usefully tips on questioning techniques and closing techniques. Most of this I already do but unknowingly do, it’s nice to actually understand which techniques I’m following (correct terminology)

Patrick was one the best trainers I've had for CPD courses. He was patient, funny, fair, and knew what he was talking about. I've already implemented several of his suggestions, and have found my working day is much more structured, and I'm losing less time to nothingness (even just muting email notifications would have helped on its own). I've set up meetings internally to further develop some of the concepts we discussed during the course, and I've high hopes that we will build a better functioning sales team as a result of this training.
