Really useful course. Looking forward to being able to apply what I have learned, a lot of tough concepts but extremely beneficial.

I have participated in similar courses previously, but found I could relate to this one better. As expected, my portrait was pretty spot on, and the narrative very informative. Also liked the suggestions to help improve.

Our trainer Lindsey was very enthusiastic and engaging. I really liked the course, it showed me my personal strengths and qualities as well as what personality traits I could improve on .

It was a really useful course. Audrey was brilliant and she taught me a lot over the 2 days and helped Improve my confidence on how to deal with certain situations on the phone.

I fully enjoyed the course, although I have done many customer service courses in the past I have learnt alot from this and will defiantly be using some of the information I have learnt going forward.
