First course but very informative and professional. Presenter was brilliant Simon Broom
Really useful course with good balance of theory, individual and group exercises. Simon was very clear and engaging
I feel that I have taken on a lot of new informations and also have a clearer picture of what to do with the ideas we’ve been taught during this course. The teacher (Simon) is very knowledgeable and intelligent. His teaching helps us move to the right direction within the work environment and personal life. I feel appreciated and grateful for these two days :-)
Nick has done an amazing job with providing us effective tools to help with retention, good structure to follow to drive sales but also relating material to our industries! Good use of exercises and tutorial led course!
Really engaging and great delivery. Was happy to have been on this course.
