An enjoyable couple of days learning in a relaxed environment. Concentrated on building relationships with other course members which made the tasks easier and more fluid.
Nick was super helpful, and related the course to the industry I work in perfectly. I feel a lot more confident speaking to new customers now.

Great course, tailored to my needs perfectly and gave genuinely relatable examples to take away. A lot of the time courses don’t actually tell you how to improve or what to do, but this does precisely that. Definitely would recommend.
