Amazing delivery and course

The range of topics were relevant and appropriate as well as thought provoking. As a group we were committed and open to all elements.

Fantastic course and very engaging trainer. Was specific to what we needed however could have sat in with the role plays and provided more tailored comments on what we could have improved on. Voicemail could be improved more and expanded on.

The teacher (Simon) is very knowledgeable and intelligent. His teaching helps us move to the right direction within the work environment and personal life. I feel appreciated and grateful for these two days :-)
