Excellent course. Worked exceptionally well via Zoom. Content and delivery superb. Only concern would be that there could be more content in reference material. I little more structure to the supportive material..... Just so it can be used alongside personal notes for future guidance & reference..... Case in point.... 6 steps to leaving a voicemail... Not referenced but extremely useful
