Great course with great subject matter and content. Course trainer was clear in lessons and easy to understand and used examples and exercises to drive principles home.

Very good training based on interaction and exercise

The PDFs weren’t working but that’s okay I printed everything out. I thought Simon did an excellent job bearing in mind it was over Zoom.

Good interactive course, focusing on interpersonal skills and practical workshops. Nice to attend a course with limited PowerPoint slides, helpful supporting documents provided.

Regarding venue, the first coffee should arrive 15 min. before the session start. Regarding the material, the books are too long and miss page number. Everything else is really good and I feel motivated to use the tools learned the following day! Thanks

Really enjoyed the course. Great content, we went into specific examples of real situations (which was very useful), excellently presented by Simon Broom who kept everything moving at pace, covered a lot of areas but kept the delegates engaged through his clear explanations and delivery of the course work.
