Less relevant to NATS and a service industry, would’ve been better to hear tips and recommendations from the trainer rather than group discussions

Fantastic couple of days. It was a very small group that benefited and gave us time to discuss the relevant questions and detail we both wanted to know. Plenty of time also for breaks and email catch ups which also helps on the every day job.
Very inspiring training & trainer. The training was lively and dynamic. Simon managed to captivate his audience by transforming theory into practice, in particular by relating a story of his own experience for each situation.
